When Europe’s deepest water meets one of the most beautiful estates on the French Riviera. This week, Eau 808 was at Château de Crémat in Nice, in the heart of the Bellet appellation.
Overlooking the Baie des Anges, surrounded by century-old vines and distinctive red stone, our bottles accompanied the estate’s wines. Natural Still and Fine Bubbles, served at the table and by the glass, just as they should be.
Because a fine dining experience is not only about food and wine pairings. It is also about pairing with the right water. This is the level of excellence sought by sommeliers, chefs and establishments where every detail matters.
And here is an event not to be missed: Château de Crémat hosts its Brasero Evenings every Thursday night. Wood-fired grills, wines from the estate, live music and sunset views over the Bellet hills. Doors open at 6 p.m., with the brasero starting at 7 p.m., every Thursday until September 17.
